Well storms tonight have produced everything from strong winds to large hail and even a couple tornadoes were reported with a touchdowns near Earlham, Dallas Center, and south of Slater. Many areas of Iowa have experienced wind damage with and lots of reported power outages. The worst of these storms has past, but we are now turning our attention to flooding potentials as more storms roll through this evening. Most of the storms will have left the metro by around midnight, but be sure to keep an eye on the radar through the evening.
Monday will have more rain and thunderstorm chances, however most of the action will stay north of the Metro. Temperatures this week will be a bit cool as colder air moves in behind this system, I central Iowa to dip down into the 70s.
Stay safe!
