Hello everyone, today looks to be a classic severe weather day with plenty of strong storms and the threats of damaging winds, hail, and possibly tornadoes.
These severe storms will begin forming around 5pm and will track northeast across Iowa. These storms will be strong enough to produce damaging winds and hail, and possibly tornadoes, so be sure to tune into us for your complete severe weather coverage. These storms will likely keep their strength and continue into the night.
This week will be a cooler week, with temps dropping into the 70s and dryer, with small rain chances on Monday and Wednesday.
Have a great week and stay safe.
