Iowa State had been yearning for solid quarterback play and Steele Jantz delivered with the game of his career Saturday night. Jantz threw for 381 yards and a school record five touchdown passes to lead Iowa State to a 35-21 victory.

Jarvis West had 99 receiving yards and caught 3 touchdowns. Iowa State finished the game with 551 yards of offense. The Cyclones (5-3, 2-3) need just one more win to become bowl elgible.
