Amanda Krenz

Amanda returned to ABC5 in 2008.  She's also worked at WHO-TV in Des Moines and KTVO-TV (Kirksville, Mo./Ottumwa, Ia.).

Amanda grew up in Bloomfield, Iowa and graduated from Davis County High School.  She attended the University of Iowa and Truman State University.  She earned her journalism degree from Truman.

Amanda has received awards for her reporting from both the Iowa Broadcast News Association and the Associated Press.

Amanda's an avid runner, a proud finisher of the Des Moines Marathon and Half Marathon.  She lives in West Des Moines with her family.
